The timings of the Aani Uthiram for the day will be on the day of the tithi as per the Tamil Panchangam

The Aani Uthiram is the festival which occurs in the Aani month. In the Aani month, when the Arudra nakshatram comes in the Uthiram means North side, and then the festival is celebrated. As the star will rise of the North side, the name comes from the same. On this day, the temples of the Lord Shiva will be doing a special pooja. Especially, the Pooja is done in the Nataraja temples.
