  • The women will be taking bath in the morning and will be going to the temple for the Karadaiyan Nombu. If the temple is not available for the Nombu then the women will be doing the Nombu in the home
  • Karadaiyan Nombu is also known as the Savitri Nombu viratham. On this day, the women will be cooking the prasadam and will be offering the god
  • After the pooja at the temple is completed, the women will be doing the pooja in the home also. Once this is completed the married women will take the blessings of the husbands after the pooja is completed
