- The pilgrims should first contact the Penchalakona temple authorities. The pilgrims can either come personally or can enquire about the office by calling the numbers.
- The pilgrims need to call the Penchalakona temple office at least 3 months of the marriage date. During the peak season, the pilgrims may need to call the temple even before. The pilgrims should first enquire of the Kalyana Mandapam is available on the said date.
- If the Kalyana Mandapam is available for the pilgrims, then the pilgrims must book the Mandapam by paying the advance. Before booking the pilgrims should carry the necessary document for the booking. The pilgrims should provide the aadhaar card of the Bride and Groom and other documents as requested by temple authorities.
- After providing the documents the pilgrims will be allotted the Kalyana Mandapam. The Kalyana Mandapam rent includes the Hall cost only. The pilgrims should pay for the Electricity, Water Bill and also Miscellaneous charges.
