The Alipiri path takes 6-7 hours to reach Tirumala based on the pilgrims health and body conditions. The Alipiri path is the longest path which pilgrims can take to Tirumala.

Srivari Mettu is one of more path which pilgrims can take to Reach Tirumala. The Srivari Mettu  path will be starting from the Srinivasa Mangapuram village which near Tirupati and lies 11 kms from Tirupati. The Srivari Mettu is the actual path which is taken by Lord Sri Venkateswara after his marriage to reach the Tirumala

The Srivari Mettu path is shortest route to take for reaching Tirumala and most of the pilgrims prefers this Route as the Srivari Mettu will take pilgrims to Tirumala in just 2-3 hours. But please be noted, the Srivari Mettu path will be steep at some point for some distance. To reach Srivari Mettu pilgrims can take free buses which will start from the Tirupati Bus Stand or Alipiri.

    Hello, we are planning to come thirumala at 26th July 2023. It’s raining know.. so srivari mettu path is available for pilgrims to walk or not ? and darshan tickets are available there.?

        Srivari mettu, is it open on 27 th July 2023, from what time onwards the path is open for climbing and from what time onwards the divya darshan ticket will be issued ?

    We are coming on 22/8/2023 with 5years children ..any changes in srivari steps timings are children allowed
