Tirumala Padmavathi Parinayam Festival is an annual festival which is conducted in Tirumala every year for three days. This festival is a famous festival as it will be conducted outside of the temple premises and also it will be an mesmerizing view and experience to see the festival conducted in amazing decoration with Lord and his consorts seated in the Moon Light and the process of wedding and other process held.

There is no ticket to attend the Tirumala Padmavathi Parinayam Festival and its free for all Pilgrims. However, as there will be huge crowd the pilgrims who reach early to the venue may get seated in front of the stage and the late comers might get a view from far.

Tirumala Padmavathi Parinayam Festival is conducted in Narayanagiri Gardens in Tirumala. On this day, the Park and also the Parinaya Mandapam on which the festival will be held, is decorated with amazing flowers and also lighting.

Tirumala Padmavathi Parinayam Festival Dates

The festival is conducted for three days in the Month of May. It is conducted on Navami, Dasami and Ekadasi in the month of Vaisakha. For the Year 2019, the dates of the Festival are 12 May 2019, 13th May 2019, 14th May 2019.

Tirumala Padmavathi Parinayam Procedure

On the three days of the festival, the festival is conducted in evenings and in moon light. On three days, Lord Malayappa swamy arrives on Gaja, Ashwa and Garuda Vahanas respectevitely on each day. One each day, wedding ceremony will be held for the Lord and his consorts Lord Sri devi and Bhudevi. Each day, Lord Sri devi an Bhhudevi arrives on seperate palanquins. The Wedding ceremony will held with Edurukolu(Receiving each other), (Pula Bantata) Game of Flower Balls, Vastra Dharanam(offering of new clothes) are traditionally conducted.

Each day, the ceremony will be ended with devotiional songs and also Koluvu. On the third day, after the wedding ceremony the festival will be completed with Fire Crackers. After the completion of the festival on each day, the Lord and his consorts reaches to the temple after a procession.
