Tirumala temple is well known for its huge Annaprasadam or Annadanam program. This Annaprasadam in Tirumala happens every day and throughout the day. Every day lakhs of pilgrims will be eating in the Annaprasadam hall in Tirumala. This Annaprasadam hall is located just opposite the main temple. The pilgrims are allowed to have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the Annaprasadam hall every day. The hall can accommodate lakhs of pilgrims to have food at the same time.

There will be no waiting time for the Annaprasadam. Previously for some years, the pilgrims use to wait for hours to have Annaprasadam.   • Breakfast Menu: Upma or any choice of Indian Breakfast
  • Lunch Menu: Sweet, Rice, Sambar, Butter Milk or any choice of Indian items
  • Dinner Menu: Rice, Sambar, Butter Milk or any choice of Indian items

The menu for the Annaprasadam is tentative and changes every day. But the pilgrims will not feel any discomfort eating the food.

  • The food is prepared with utmost care and under most hygienic conditions
  • Most of the food prepared in the Annaprasadam Center is with an automatic kitchen setup with little manual interaction
  • The pilgrims need not book or get any tokens for the Annaprasadam. The pilgrims can go directly into the Annaprasadam centre and can have that food
  • The pilgrims have to make sure they adhere to rules in the Annaprasadam counter. The Annaprasadam will be available for the pilgrims throughout the day with small breaks in between
