The Ratha Saptami 2022 usually is seeing a huge demand among the pilgrims. But the COVID rules are in place in the temple. So formally, only limited tickets will be released for the Ratha Saptami day for the pilgrims. That means only a limited number of pilgrims will be able to reach Tirumala for participation in the Ratha Saptami festivals.
Pilgrims who don’t have the tickets for either Rs. 300 Darshan, Sarva Darshan or VIP Darshan will be not allowed to reach Tirumala. Hence pilgrims need to book for the Darshan online. Please note, right now Tirumala doesn’t have any offline counters issuing the tickets for the pilgrims. So pilgrims have to definitely book Online Darshan only.
Right now, the quota for the Online Darshan is not yet released. It is expected that the Ratha Saptami day tickets will be released along with the February 2022 darshan ticket quota. When the quota is released the pilgrims can book for the tickets accordingly.
