2024 Mahashivratri Tiruvannamalai Date Pooja Timings Schedule

The date and the pooja timings of the Mahashivratri in the Tiruvannamalai for the year 2024 are as below. Please note, that the pilgrims need to make sure they have the Darshan booked in advance in the temple to get the Darshan faster.

  • For the year 2024, the date of the Tiruvannamalai Mahashivratri is on 08 March 2024. The pooja and the Darshan timings of the Tiruvannamalai Mahashivratri will be from morning 04.00 AM to Evening 10.00 PM
  • Special Pooja will be performed in the temple from morning to Mid Night. Only pilgrims who have booked for this schedule will be allowed for the Darshan at this timings and also will be allowed to perform special pooja in the temple.
  • The pilgrims can also book for the Darshan and special pooja in the temple at the temple counter. Once the pilgrims come to the temples, the pilgrims can go for the girivalam and then come for the Darshan.
  • Most pilgrims will be coming for the Darshan in the night only after booking for the Darshan. The pilgrims also will be doing the Girivalam in the nights.
