How ISKCON has started

ISKCON has started in the in Tirupati in the year 1983 with a small Ashram established by ISKCON authorities with the help of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. It was a small Brahmachari Ashram. A small Temple has been established along with Ashram which sheltered amazing idols of Lord Krishna and Gopikas. The idols are carved with such a beauty with white granite, which one cannot find else anywhere. In 2005 the current architecture and temple complex of ISKCON has been established and has been opened to everyone. The temple is built with an amazing architecture with multiple complexes, guest houses, restaurant, theatre and other facilities.
One can visit ISKCON and spend how much ever time they want inside the temple complex as it is not restricted and not paid.

Darshan bookings for Tirupati ISKCON Darshan

The Darshan for ISKCON is free for everyone and one can spend how much hour time they want inside the temple complex and they are allowed to meditate and enjoy the divine environment of the temple. The darshan is not paid and entry is free.

ISKCON Tirupati, is located on the way to Tirumala and it’s just 5 to 6 km from Tirupati Bus stand or railway station. Local name of ISKCON temple is Hare Rama Hare Krishna temple.

What should pilgrims should see in ISKCON

One who visits ISKCON should visit ISKCON restaurant, theatre, taste prasadam which is free, Visit Ramakrishna Ashram which is opposite to ISKCON Temple, visit Goshala of ISKCON and can donate if possible.

How to Reach ISKCON temple in Tirupati

One can take a bus from bus stand to ISKCON Temple or else can hire an auto rickshaw to the temple.
Also, some private buses ply from Bus Stand and Railway station to ISKCON Temple
Alipiri bus stand is just walkable distance from ISKCON Temple
