TTD had earlier suspended the acceptance of VIP recommendation letters from May 1 to July 15, 2025, due to the anticipated surge in pilgrim numbers during the summer holidays. This measure was taken to prioritize regular devotees and manage crowd flow effectively


Resumption Details

Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy confirmed that TTD will resume accepting VIP Break Darshan recommendation letters from Members of Parliament (MPs), Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs), and Members of Legislative Council (MLCs) of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana starting May 15, 2025. Devotees possessing these letters will be allowed darshan from May 16 onwards

To avail the VIP Break Darshan:

  1. Obtain a Recommendation Letter: Secure a recommendation letter from an MP, MLA, or MLC of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
  2. Submit the Letter: Present the letter at the designated TTD office or online portal as per the current guidelines.
  3. Verification: TTD officials will verify the authenticity of the letter and the devotee’s identity.
  4. Darshan Slot Allocation: Upon successful verification, a darshan slot will be allocated.

Note: All existing protocols regarding quota, time slots, and identification checks will continue to be followed without modifications .
