  • For the year 2024, the Bhogi festival date is on 14 January 2024, Sunday. The pilgrims will be doing all the Bhogi pooja on this day. The details about the timings of the various Bhogi festivals is as below.
  • Before the day of the Bhogi, the people will be learning the house completely and will be keeping the waste items separately. On the Bhogi day early morning at 04.00 AM, the pilgrims will light the Bhogi fire. The items which is used in the Bhogi fire should be good only. Not Plastic or other items.
  • The pilgrims will then take a bath some people will be doing the pooja in the morning and some will be doing the pooja in the evening timings.
  • Most parts of the Telugu states will not be doing any pooja on the Bhogi day after the Bhogi fire. The people who do the pooja on the Bhogi day will be doing the pooja for the family god.
