The Ootu will be available in the Guruvayur Temple daily. The pilgrims who come to the temple can have the Ootu without any restrictions. The Annadanam in the Guruvayur Temple is available three times a day. A separate hall is available on the temple premises for the Annadanam. The pilgrims who want to have the Ootu can go to the temple annadanam hall and can have the ootu.

The Ootu is available daily. Any pilgrims who come to the temple can have the ootu at the timings provided by the temple. The Prasadam or the Annadanam hall is available just at a walkable distance from the temple.

The timings of the Guruvayur Temple Prasada Ootu Annadanam is from morning 10 AM to 07.30 PM

  • The pilgrims who want to have the ootu at the temple can reach the hall at the above timing. The pilgrims can come before the darshan or after the darshan
  • The pilgrims need not pay for the Annadanam as it is free of cost. The pilgrims can sit in the Annadanam hall and the food will be served in batches
  • The pilgrims may need to wait for some time during the crowded season. During the non crowded or less busy season, the pilgrims can go to the hall directly and can have the ootu
  • The pilgrims can also donate for the Annadanam at the temple office. The donation and the respective details are available at the temple office. The annadanam is opened in above timings only
