The pilgrims who have the Dosha in the astrology due to snakes must do the pooja of the Nag Panchami. The Nag Panchami pooja can be done in the temple and can also be done in the home. Most pilgrims will go to temples on Nag Panchami day for the pooja and will be offering eggs on milk to the snakes on Nag Panchami day.

  • If the pilgrims are going to the temple on Nag Panchami day, then they can go to the temple direclty and can participate in the pooja. If the pilgrims are going to the nest of the snakes, then the pilgrims should find where is the nearest nest and can do the pooja at the nest.
  • Please note, it is highly suggested that the pilgrims do the Nag Panchami pooja at the temple only or else at home. It is not suggested that the pilgrims do the pooja at the nest.
