General Rules for Tirumala Accommodation Booking

1. Check-in and Check-out Time

  • Rooms are booked for 24 hours only.
  • Check-in time starts from the selected slot.
  • Late arrivals may lead to automatic cancellation without refund.

2. Number of People Allowed

  • A maximum of 2, 3, or 5 persons are allowed depending on the room type.
  • Extra persons are not allowed.

3. ID Proof is Mandatory

  • All guests must carry a valid photo ID.
  • Only the person who booked the room (primary pilgrim) is allowed to collect the key.
  • Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport.

4. Booking Limit

  • One room per person per day is allowed.
  • Rooms can be booked only once every 90 days per pilgrim.

  • Rooms are released every day at 11:00 AM, 60 days in advance.

3. Online Payment

  • No refund is given for cancellations or no-shows.
  • If pilgrims fail to occupy within 3 hours of the slot, the room is automatically cancelled.
