Vaikunta Ekadasi is the most important festival in Tirumala. Every year, lakhs of pilgrims will be coming to the Tirumala temple for the Darshan of the Lord on this day. On the Vaikunta Ekadasi day, the Vaikunta Dwaram which is the inner compound of the temple will be opened. It is the belief of the pilgrims these gates are the entry to heaven. On this day only the Tirumala temple will be allowing the pilgrims to enter the Vaikunta Dwaram. This Vaikunta Dwaram in Tirumala is also known as the Swarga Vasal.

As lakhs of pilgrims will be surging to the Tirumala temple for the Darshan on this day, the TTD has decided to keep the temple Vaikunta Dwaram to be opened for 10 days in the year 2023

Tirumala Vaikunta Ekadasi 2023 Darshan Rs 300 Online Booking

  • The pilgrims who want to visit the Tirumala temple on the Vaikunta Ekadasi day can book the tickets in two ways.
  • The first way is to book for the Free Darshan which will be provided in many counters in Tirumala and Tirupati. For this, the pilgrims need not to do the online booking.   • The other way is to book the Rs 300 Special Darshan tickets online. The TTD has decided to release 25 thousand Special Darshan tickets on each day for these 10 days. The tickets are available online only. The ticket release dates for the Special Darshan Rs 300 tickets are not yet released.
