In order to facilitate all inquiries of pilgrims regarding sevas, darshan, accomodation and other important queries for visiting Tirumala, TTD has initiated the customer care facility which operates 24/7 answering all the queries of the pilgrims.

Other than the land lines & toll free numbers, the facility is equipped with Whatsapp and also email ids, the call center provided up to date information on availability of darshan tickets, arjita sevas, accommodation at Tirupati and Tirumala to devotees. It also provided information on various programs, schemes and trust activities of TTD.

The call centre staff is trained in multiple languages and can answer queries in details like events, festivals and happenings like exhibitions, decorations, lighting up of Tirumala temple.

    We a family of four members booked four tickets for Special Darshan and due to human error my daughter and Son’s Aadhar card numbers interchanged .Could you please advise us on the procedure of rectifying the Aadhar numbers to avoid confusion on the day of Darshan . Still we have nearly 75 days .

      I also faced same issue , amount debited but the tickets are not booked and showed failed status, the customer care is not picking up the call, all the calls are in hold for long time

    I am from UK, coming to Tirumala on 30th September, i have 300-rs Dharshan tickets booked in advance, but i need Accommodation ticket on 30th, can anyone let me know how to book NRI accommodation in advance?

    I am an OCI Card Holder of India and NZ Passport. Hence I don’t need a visa to enter India. Do the ‘visit less than 30 days’ criteria still apply for me?

    Sir, I have booked online accommodation ticket for TTD at tirumala on 10.09.2023 time slot 12.00 to 6.00pm . on time i.e. 12.05pm i was went to CRO complex scanned the bar code (my bar code IAJT2606230840293) one hour waiting for room allotment, more than 3 times i scanned the bar code. but no message received from your end.
    Customer care i called but they don’t know how to slove the issue. caution deposit amount rs.1000/- received. balance Rs.1000/- kindly to be sent to me same account at the earliest.

    Hi, during vaikuntam period Jan10 to 20th Jan is senior citizens or below 1 year kid entry in Supadam is allowed. Please confirm.
