Physical exercise is a must for girls. Earlier everyone used to stay near home. Everything you do at home is exercise. Going to the pond and drawing water from a bucket, adding water to the well in the yard, grinding pulses, throwing rice, pressing rice cakes. Whatever work was done, it was a necessary exercise for the health of the body. It is also mind-boggling. People who are constantly doing chores at home should also have leisure time. Atlataddi is a game for girls.

Henna should be applied the previous day. It is very fun to wake up early in the morning before the sun and eat the rice cooked by mother the night before. Sesame powder, onion soup, gongura greens, gadda curd, tambulam… eat everything to your heart’s content, swing the uyalayas until the food is exhausted, play games, come home and take a comfortable bath after getting drunk… this is the way of this festival.
