Khairatabad Ganesh is one of the most famous Ganesha Idol which is kept during the Ganesh Chavithi Festival. The pilgrims will be coming to the Khairatabad Ganesh for the Darshan and also for the offering on the day of the Ganesha Festival. Every year, the Khairatabad Ganesh Idol will be the highest Ganesh idol during the Vinayaka Chavithi Festival. The pilgrims will be donating lot of prasadam for the Khairatabad Ganesh. The pilgrims from all over Hyderabad will be coming for the Darshan of the Lord. The pilgrims can also come to the Khairatabad Ganesh temple in the days after the Vinayaka Chavithi. The Khairatabad Ganesh will be worshipped for around 9-10 days after the festival and then the Khairatabad Ganesh Visarjan will be done on the last day.

Once the Khairatabad Ganesh is opened for the pilgrims, the pilgrims can come to the Darshan of the Lord from Morning to Evening. The pilgrims can come directly to the Khairatabad Ganesh and can have the Darshan. The pilgrims need not book for the Khairatabad Ganesh before. But if the pilgrims wanted to perform any seva in the temple, then they had to book for the seva or the offering in the temple.
- The pilgrims can come to the temple and donate the prasadam to the Lord Ganesha. The prasadam will be then distributed to the pilgrims who come to the temple.
- The pilgrims can also donate the amount to the temple after coming to the temple. The pilgrims can visit during the timings of the temple for the nine days after the Ganesh Chathurthi. The pilgrims can also come to the temple on the Visarjan date
- The Khairatabad Ganesh Visarjan will be done at the Tank Bund and the pilgrims can also have the Darshan of the Lord at the venue.
