  • The Pushya Masam 2024 starts on 30 December 2023 and Ends on 29 January 2024. The pilgrims can follow the dates for the days of the Pushya Masam. The Pushya Masam is also called as the Festival Months
  • This is because of the Sankranti Festival which occurs in the Pushya Masam. The pilgrims will not be doing any pooja or functions during the Pushya Masam because of the non-availability of the Muhurtham dates.
  • The Muhurtham dates in the Pushya Masam are provided by the astrologers only. It’s not good for people to perform the Pushya Masam functions like marriage, engagements or any good functions.
  • The pilgrims can do the function before the Pushya Masam or else after the Masam in completed. Between the Pushya Masam dates, the pilgrims will not be doing the functions. The marriage dates are unavailable in the Pushya Masam which depends on the Pushya Masam.
  • The Pushya Masam also marks the completion of the English New year and the start of the New year 2024.
