Tirumala temple offers around 25 paid arjitha sevas. Daily sevas such as
Suprabhatam start at ₹120, weekly sevas run from ₹200 to ₹12,250, and
Kalyanotsavam for Malayappa Swamy costs about ₹1,500 for a couple. Every
ticket includes darshan, and booking is only through the official TTD portal,
ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in.

Tirumala Seva List with Price: Master Table

Every seva ticket includes darshan of the main deity after the ritual, so a

Daily Sevas Inside the Sanctum

Three daily sevas let a small number of devotees witness the Lord’s morning
rituals from inside the temple. These are the hardest tickets in Tirumala
because the sanctum holds very few people.

Suprabhatam (₹120) is the wake-up ritual at about 3:00 AM,
when priests recite the Suprabhatam hymns to rouse the Lord. Ticket holders
report at the Vaikuntam Queue Complex around 2:30 AM and stand inside the
temple through the recital, followed by darshan while the temple is at its
quietest.

Thomala Seva (₹220) follows at about 3:30 AM, when the deity
is decorated with fresh flower garlands brought in ceremonially. Public
tickets are available only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Archana (₹220) is the recital of the Lord’s 108 names at
about 4:30 AM, again limited to Tuesday through Thursday for public
participation. On other days these rituals still happen, but privately.

Ekantha Seva, the night ritual that puts the Lord to rest, is
not open for public booking at all. Any website selling Ekantha Seva tickets
is misleading you.

Weekly Sevas: Monday to Friday

Each weekday has its own signature ritual for the main deity. Prices below are
from TTD’s official listings and each ticket includes one laddu.

Friday morning is the most sought-after slot of the week: the Abhishekam is
the only time the Moolavirat is bathed, and Nijapada Darshanam right after it
is the only chance to see the Lord’s bare feet.

Malayappa Swamy Sevas (Daily Utsavams)

These sevas are performed for Sri Malayappa Swamy, the processional deity, in
the Kalyana Mandapam and mada streets. Capacity is larger than the sanctum
sevas, which is why TTD sells them first-come rather than by lottery.

Kalyanotsavam (about ₹1,500, 2 persons) is the celestial
wedding of the Lord with Sridevi and Bhudevi, performed daily at 11:00 AM.
Only married couples may book; report by 10:00 AM. The prasadam is generous —
2 big laddus, 4 small laddus, and 2 vadas, plus vastra bahumanam. TTD also
keeps a small daily counter quota for newly married couples. Full details in

Dolotsavam or Unjal Seva (about ₹500) places Malayappa Swamy
on a decorated swing in the Aina Mahal to the sound of Veda parayanam in the
early afternoon.

Arjitha Brahmotsavam (about ₹200) is a miniature Brahmotsavam
in which the deity is taken on the Pedda Sesha, Garuda, and Hanumantha
vahanams in a single afternoon sitting.

Vasanthotsavam (about ₹300) is the daily spring-festival
ritual with abhishekam to the utsava deities.

Sahasra Deepalankarana Seva (about ₹200) is the most
photogenic of all: at 5:30 PM the deity is placed amid a thousand lit oil
lamps at the Unjal Mandapam while astanam music plays. Two laddus come with
the ticket.

Periodical and Annual Sevas Calendar

These sevas happen once a year (or a few times a year) on dates fixed by the
panchangam. TTD announces exact dates a few weeks ahead, and tickets are
released with the monthly quota.

Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam is held on the Tuesdays before Ugadi, Anivara
Asthanam, Srivari Brahmotsavam, and Vaikunta Ekadasi. Note that the
September–October Brahmotsavams themselves have no arjitha tickets — vahana

Virtual Sevas: Participate from Home

TTD offers virtual participation in Kalyanotsavam (about ₹1,000 per booking),
Unjal Seva, Arjitha Brahmotsavam, and Sahasra Deepalankarana Seva. You
register online, and the priest includes your name and gotra in the sankalpam
recited during the actual ritual, which you watch on the live stream.

Two benefits make virtual sevas genuinely worthwhile rather than a consolation
prize. First, the prasadam is sent to your home by India Post at no extra
cost. Second — and this is the part many pilgrims miss — every virtual seva
booking carries a free Special Entry Darshan slot that you can redeem at
Tirumala within 90 days of the seva date. If the ₹300 SED quota is sold out
for your travel window, a virtual seva booking is a legitimate alternate route
to a time-slotted darshan.

Virtual seva quotas open about three months ahead (for example, the April
quota opened on 22 January at 3:00 PM) and follow the same first-come rules as
other Malayappa sevas.

How Seva Booking Actually Works

This is where most pilgrims go wrong. TTD uses two completely different
allocation systems, and the strategy for each is opposite.

Electronic dip sevas: a lottery, not a race

All sanctum sevas — Suprabhatam, Thomala, Archana, and the Monday-to-Friday
weekly sevas — are allotted by the
electronic lucky dip. You register during an announced window (usually a few days), TTD runs a
computerised random draw, and winners pay for their tickets within a payment
window. Logging in the second registration opens gives you zero advantage; a
devotee who registers on the last day has exactly the same odds. What actually
improves your chances is registering every month and being flexible on dates.

First-come sevas: gone in seconds

Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjitha Brahmotsavam, Vasanthotsavam, Sahasra
Deepalankarana, virtual sevas, and the annual sevas are sold
first-come-first-served when the monthly quota opens — typically at 3:00 PM on
an announced date, about three months in advance. These sell out within
seconds to minutes. Be logged in beforehand with your pilgrim details saved,
payment method ready, and target seva page open. TTD publishes the release

Quota windows and festival suspensions

Three practical rules complete the picture. One: quotas are monthly — if you
miss July’s release, the next chance is August’s release for a later travel
month. Two: during the Brahmotsavams (15–23 September and 12–20 October 2026)
most arjitha and weekly sevas are suspended, so do not plan a seva trip in
those windows. Three: book only on ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in. Third-party sites
and agents charging a premium for “confirmed seva tickets” are reselling or
scamming; TTD cancels tickets that fail ID verification at the queue.

Can I get seva tickets offline at Tirumala?

Mostly no — online quota through ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in is the primary
route. The main exception is the small daily Kalyanotsavam quota for newly
married couples at the CRO office, and occasional current-booking counters
when quotas go unsold.
