The Ujjain Mahakal Bhasm Aarti is performed daily in the temple. The timings of the pooja are from the morning  4:00 am – 6:00 am every day. The pilgrims who want to book for the pooja have to book in the temple before the day itself.

The Price of the Bhasm Aarti for every pilgrim is Rs. 100. The pilgrims have to pay this at the temple counter and have to book for the Bhasm aarti.

  • The tickets for the Bhasm Aarti in the temple are done using the biometric system
  • The pilgrims can reach to the ticket counter in the temple at 7 AM in the morning before the day and have to enrol in the biometric system.
  • A valid ID card is required to book for the Bhasm Aarti. The counter will be open till 12.30 PM only
  • The pilgrims will receive the confirmation at 7 PM for the Bhasm Aarti pooja
  • A confirmation SMS will be sent to the pilgrims’ mobile number. The pilgrims can collect the tickets for the Bhasm Aarti at the tickets counter from 7.30 PM – 10.30 PM by showing the confirmation SMS
  • The tickets will be provided for the pilgrims based on the confirmation SMS
  • Then the pilgrims can go to the Bhasm Aarti Pooja the next day at 4 AM the morning
