Tirumala Tirupati Darshan Tickets Download Printout Online Book
To download or reprint a booked Tirumala (TTD) darshan, seva or accommodation ticket, log in to the official TTD portal at ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in with your registered mobile number and OTP, open the Booking History (also shown as Transaction History / My History) section, select the booking, and click Download/Print to save the e-ticket PDF. You then take a clear printout (or the PDF on the official TTDevasthanams app) and carry it together with the original government photo ID used at booking. This works the same way for Special Entry (₹300) Darshan, Sarva Darshan slots, Srivari Arjitha Sevas and room bookings.

The darshan ticket is compulsory at the temple. A booking SMS alone is not enough at some checkpoints — the recommended practice is to carry a printout of the e-ticket, or the ticket saved in the official TTDevasthanams mobile app, and present it at the darshan entrance. The same ticket is checked at the Alipiri / Srivari Mettu checkpoints and again at the laddu counter on Tirumala. Because TTD releases the darshan quota online each month and bookings sell out fast, every pilgrim should confirm the ticket is downloaded and saved well before the travel date.

How to log in and reprint your ticket (step by step)
All TTD darshan, seva and accommodation bookings are tied to your account and are retrievable any time before the travel date. There is no need for a separate “reprint counter” — you simply log back in.
- Open the official portal ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in (also reachable via tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in) or the official TTDevasthanams app.
- Click Login / Sign In and enter your registered mobile number (the same number used while booking). Enter the OTP sent to that number. Email-ID login is also supported for accounts created with an email.
- Go to My History / Booking History (on some pages labelled Transaction History or Print E-Darshan Ticket).
- Locate the relevant booking by date or booking/transaction ID.
- Click Download or Print Ticket to open the PDF e-ticket.
- Save the PDF and take an A4 printout. You can also e-mail the ticket to yourself as a backup.
If you cannot find the booking, make sure you are logged into the same account (mobile/email) used at the time of payment. A successful booking always generates a downloadable PDF; if payment was deducted but no ticket appears, use the official portal’s help/refund status page rather than any third-party site.

Printout or e-ticket — what you must carry
TTD advises pilgrims to carry the confirmed e-ticket (printout or the app copy) along with the original government photo ID of each person named on the ticket. The ID must match the name, age and ID number entered during booking. If the details do not match, entry can be refused. For most Indian residents this means the original Aadhaar card (physical card or the digital mAadhaar app) or Voter ID; foreign nationals and NRIs generally carry a passport. Confirm the exact ID accepted for your specific ticket type on the official portal, as TTD periodically updates its rules.
Downloading seva and accommodation tickets
The same login-and-reprint flow covers Srivari Arjitha Sevas (such as Suprabhatam, Archana or Kalyanotsavam) and accommodation / room bookings. After logging in, open Booking History, choose the seva or room booking, and download its PDF voucher. For room bookings, carry the accommodation voucher and the ID of the lead pilgrim when reporting to the allotted cottage/complex reception on Tirumala. Report within the check-in window shown on the voucher, as unclaimed rooms may be reallocated.
Tips to avoid problems on darshan day
- Download and print the ticket in advance — mobile network on the hills can be patchy, so a paper copy is the safest backup.
- Check that the reporting time / time slot printed on the ticket is correct; reach the entrance before the slot begins.
- Keep the ticket and ID together for every pilgrim, including children if listed.
- Use only the official portal or app to log in — never share your OTP or account details with agents or reseller sites.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I download TTD tickets with my ID number?
Log in to ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in with the registered mobile number and OTP, open Booking History, find the booking (which shows the ID/booking number entered), and click Download to get the PDF. The ID number is printed on the ticket for verification at entry.
Can I reprint a TTD ticket I already downloaded?
Yes. The ticket stays in your account until the travel date. Log in again, open My History / Booking History, and download or print it as many times as needed — there is no separate charge to reprint.
Is a soft copy on my phone accepted, or do I need a printout?
The safest option is a printout. The ticket in the official TTDevasthanams app is generally accepted, but because connectivity on Tirumala can be poor, TTD-experienced pilgrims recommend carrying a physical printout as backup.
What ID do I carry with the ticket?
The original government photo ID used at booking. For residents this is usually Aadhaar (original or mAadhaar) or Voter ID; NRIs/foreign pilgrims carry a passport. The ID must match the name and ID number on the ticket.
I paid but did not get the ticket — what should I do?
Log in and check Booking History / Transaction History first, as the PDF is usually available there. If the amount was deducted but no ticket was generated, use the official portal’s payment/refund status page. Do not rely on any third-party or reseller website.
Can I download a Srivari Seva or room booking the same way?
Yes. Seva vouchers and accommodation vouchers appear in the same Booking History section and are downloaded as PDFs. Carry the voucher plus the lead pilgrim’s original ID.
