Special Darshan iin Tirumala is one of the most successful Darshan type and also most chose Darshan type by the pilgrims. The reason behind the success of the Rs. 300 is this Darshan provides a time slot for pilgrims to report and there will no waiting at the reporting point. Pilgrims are immediately allowed in to thee Darshan que and will be mixed with ongoing que which reduces the waiting time.

This Rs. 300 Darshan is also called as Special Darshan or Seegra Darshan. Once a pilgrims books for this Darshan, they can report to the Rs. 300 reporting counters near the Vaikuntam Que complex 1 and will be allowed in to the que. During non peak times, this Darshan will take 1-2 hours and during peak times, this darshan will take 5-6 hours for Darshan depending on the crowd.

There will 6 slots for this Darshan every day and tickets will be released before 60 days of any Darshan date.

The Special Darshan can be booked Online at TTD Online website before 60 days of any particular day. The Specials Darshan tickets can also be booked through APSRTC Website, AP Online Website Online. Coming to offline bookings, the special darshan can be booked from the TTD Counters in major cities, Post Offices, Mee Seva Kendras. We will see how to book Special Darshan from the post offices.

Post Offices Ticket Booking for the Rs. 300 Special Darshan

The Special Darshan can be booked from many post offices in the country. Pilgrims who wants to book Special darshan have to visit  60 days before the darshan to post office and can book the darshan. Based on the quota availability, the post office issues the tickets. The can be purchased by paying the amount at the Post office itself. Pilgrim has to carry the ID cards of all the pilgrims while booking for the special darshan.
